ORGANIZATION IMPROVEMENT

Improvement occurs at all levels in a business, be it the Organizational (Workplace), Process (Work) or People (Worker) Levels. It must start by first addressing what makes you sleepless at night and working a way through to the root cause of the issue. Improvement exercises can occur at various touch points in the business organization but typically a top-down improvement project will be in the following manner:

Identify areas most needed for improvement

Design the Improvement

Design focuses on the representation of the solution required

Develop the Details

Establish the processes and interactions of the solution

Deploy the Change

Make the transition to the improved state

Evaluate and Improve

Check the goals and continuously improve or move on to the next issue
